This is the agenda we set down as answers to those queries.

We need to get out of the little boxes on this. Attempting to use the
same system to repair the damage won't work. We need to ask the question:
What is the best way to switch on the collective consciousness? Not just try
to fit it into the status quo.

of a direct dial wireless personal communicator capable of interfacing any
other citizen or groups, individually or through all the networks. This allows

by the sale of information, greed based education, and theme park media
titillating lower brainstem flight and fright adrenaline ie. ATV positive

Basically the system in it's simplest form would be to crystal control
the forty single sidebands of a CB radio(oscillating single sidebands) and
retrofit every CB making it two way packet and repeater capable and
digitally modulate any carrier. This gives everybody on Earth multiple
addresses "free" from any wire rentals or central switching.

In other words if the message were divided into compressed packets
and assigned to the predetermined frequencies(gated and stated single
sidebands) there is a way of making the CB dial-able. The transmission can be
all spectrum where the actual information is between what is in use at the
time. ie. talk between the talk. There is plenty of open space ie. the twenty
nine scan lines between television frames, almost the whole UHF band, AM
short wave transmits around the globe on five watts etc. This technology
already exists and just has to be rededicated to these aims. We need to look at
the lowest common denominator and make it work as we did in the space
program ie. where the Hydrogen economy was born and is now available as
Mike Mulligans space shuttle in the basement. See. URL in sig.

We need to gather the personnel and design it right on the net as we
have been doing for the Hydrogen fuel cell powered motor in the wheel
electric transportation, the Hydrogen economy, self sufficiency and direct
democracy on a global scale.

You are the missing link to the greater puzzle and the key to the
mystery of the ages. These technologies are is the key to the virtual global
direct democracy synergy.

Just a few thoughts on the communicator piece and the petition.

As I mentioned in the Premise lectures, a petition is begging and a
MANDATE rules :). The FCC and the government need to know that the
airwaves belong to us and that any body who inadvertently lobbied the
representatives who sold them the bridge(global spectrum they didn't own)
are simply complicit in just another version of the great terrain robbery. When
people find out that phone service can be free the shit will hit the fan. And of
course with a few well placed news conferences etc. we can begin this
(fan delivery) any time we choose. How about the money back? :)

Which of course brings us to the mandate part. Example: In the early
sixties we were around when a law suit was filed against Ma Bell to allow end
user owned telephone related devices to hitch to their wires ending the rental
of telephones, answering machines, faxes and computers. In the early to mid
seventies the CB required an operating license whee you had to know Morse code etc. same as Hams.

We were around when President Ford's son bought his mother a
CB(first Mama) and the old man signed the license waver law that was
worked out in advance and made it's way to his desk. Now it is time for
the next shoe to drop.

That made the Internet and CB possible as our talkie walkie ie.
potential telephone service free of the wire rental. We have been anticipating
the right moment to improve the CB to make it dial-able and the right group to
take it on. As it was pointed out in the petition-mandate intro. the hams
didn't even have a clue.

As you probably know four megacycles of the six megacycle TV band is remodulated with AM for the picture information and the reason for resistor spark plug legislation. So now that we captive consumers are stuck with FM and they cleaned up the noise for frankencorp's AM television with the disadvantage of FM distance, modulating an AM carrier with FM and vice versa should fly no.

Which brings us to the oscillating single side bands of the CB radio
exercise. These are carriers that have been single sidebanded to increase
the twenty frequencies originally allocated to CB to forty. Just using them as
they are we could give every citizen on the planet several numbers or
addresses with a ten frequency cycle(ten digit URL address or number) out of the forty.

The idea of everybody using these at the same time is no big deal and not much anybody can do
about it as the hams realized when others using their frequencies between the scan lines went
undetected. There is plenty of room between the talk and
especially with the compressed digital packets and the ability to select piggy
back carrier bands suitable to the area, density and distance. Ex. The
message is broken up(by the sender) to accommodate a preset(frequency and
dwell) single sideband just long enough for that compressed packet to get
through in an unused space then on to the next pre fixed frequency for a chirp
on the next side band frequency etc. . Dividing the message information into
ten repeating variations or different predetermined frequencies and dwell
strategies per second fraction makes the CB units dial-able. The forty single
sidebands can be used as is(CB) or modulate a series of carrier bands
utilizing the spaces anywhere in the spectrum AM or FM from short wave
to gigahertz. The lower AM frequencies can still be modulated with the
higher frequencies because of the digital compression and the clean air
act(resistor spark plugs and electric motor grounding act).
In essence a hand held CB unit would sense a message coming in, do
a handshake and then the receiver and sender can choose a piggy back carrier
together(automatically) that is most appropriate, least used, even legal :) and
there isn't much any body can do about it. The more information the higher
the carrier frequency etc. Just voice can go around the world on five watts
and more sophisticated patter can go through the village-support group
uplink repeater or what ever. Any unit could be a repeater this helps in bad
weather and high density information zaps ie Netscape etc..

The suggestion of a card for a computer gets the computer and
Internet crowd interested but is especially valuable in the planned community
networks where the electronic town meetings and voting will take place. This
gives the ten million (hundred family support group- village) nodes the ability
to be the Internet servers for the local dial-able CBs and that gets the rest of
the population interested ie. global brain(collective consciousness unwired).

Just about everything was designed in the past simply because it made
money ie. feed the money monkey strawman and to fit the captive consumer
model. So to assemble something that is user functional as well as family-community
friendly is to simultaneously design a card for the computers, as broadband repeaters like in tunnels, but also be frequency converters and repeater nodes, accommodate eVote and vote by
phone as well as be the community Internet(web server and usenet etc.) for
the support group members who hook their computers to their CB and micro
radio. It is the CB(personal communication device) that has the modems
already built in to accommodate almost any computer old or new, modem or no modem. This brings millions on line with old computer equipment enabling instant support groups. It is the hundred family support groups that share the community communications. These billion or so households(HOME INC) morphing into self sufficient communities(ten million self sufficient – governing cells) are the hinge pin for the paradigm shift. And some dam good marketing insight.

The original idea in the early seventies was to equip the already in use
CBs with a conversion chip, perhaps a unit aprox. half the size of a portable
walkie talkie or today's plug and play modem card that would plug into the
existing units. Then manufacture all CBs (and computers) after that with the
new chip already installed with upgrade options. That way we don't have to
manufacture millions of CBs and we can get started faster. As the CB is
public domain and the chip should be also, enabling thousands to participate in
this as a cottage industry ie. the concrete block of electronics.

We are not inventing anything here just bundling it differently ie. lets
choose the sub components, circuits and put them onto a single chip or
circuit board mounted in a case with connectors etc.. We made a similar
suggestion to the electric car think tanks ie. put the electric motors in the
wheel rims and just switch rims with improved tires to retrofit any piece of
transportation to fuel cell electric or Stirling any fuel or heat source ie.

And again we don't ask permission we just do it. As Twain said there
is no real criminal class in America only a complicit congress ie. the great
terrain robbery the telecommunications bill, the bridge they sold and didn't

organized usury is more of a warning to bug off ie. just tell em we got the fans
aimed and plenty of fecal matter stored up ie. we can do it up brown with a

We can announce all this as Congress's free telephony sellout this
election year and clean the bums(representative oligarchy) out with telephone
gate ie. new broom clean sweep :). So with a little TWAIN software you
can get this around where it can do some damage! Cross post, post haste.
In the think tank mode we solicit any suggestion any ideas, none to be
rejected all to be studied and in the subsequent meetings the product and ideas
will come together into societies tooling. This was how we got to the moon
and back which of course was just an excuse to demonstrate the Hydrogen
economy research while you watched on television.
