For 50 years a consultant to developers, builders, and contractors involved with subdivisions _ my day time job has been designing and building infrastructure. Providing gas, water, sewer, septic, purification, electric, roads, bridges, subdivisions _ cities... my contribution or missing piece to the greater puzzle...

In the US we are less than 5% of the global population with a 25 acre per person footprint while the rest of the population of the planet has less than a 5 acre per person footprint.
This in turn is a collective crime against our progeny. People reply, when asked about the empowerment or our progeny, with a terse, what progeny?
We begin at this point: We imagine a statistical village of 100 citizens to create the demographics that we can all relate to _ family.

The present use of resources barely provides a universal standard of living for a quarter of the Earth’s population. Demonstrating how the planet has the carrying capacity for ten billion citizens is to show that we are serious about the empowerment of our progeny. The acceptance of a covenant between all citizens to all citizens depends on how the empowerment or the progeny of all citizens is proven to be feasible.
The nutritional calorie is how all this fits together. Empowering our progeny is the job at hand, but we need to show humanity that we do not have a population problem as the planned scarcity pirates have led us to believe. Measuring what we have today and showing how it relates to a universal standard of living for nearly twice the population begins the exercise.
We artists wizards alchemists etc. were involved with some training videos in the seventies called the Waltons _now being seen around the planet as we speak. Three generations under one roof begins the consolidation of the infrastructure via co housing. We not only shrink the roads and services by two thirds, for village construction and maintenance needs, we end the need for transportation, as we know it. Building only one city rather than five gives the two thirds less developed world the chance they never had, and the planet a needed rest.
Not building schools, factories, office buildings, roads, malls, and not allocating huge land outlays, effort, transportation and water for cattle and surrogate agriculture begins the devolution while leaving something for our progeny. Not having to fund the five city system and the discarded infrastructure frees up the treadmill TIME for mankind to produce at home ala Waltons.
The whole population not traveling every day is a moot point. Each family of five on the same acre they live on can put over a billion acres under cultivation returning all the waste back into direct circulation as fertilizer and recycled minerals _ a Clone of Earth synergy. The nutritional caloric food needs for humanity is an average and the universal standard of living is the holistic need ala Mazlow. The co housing strategies in our training videos reflect what a majority of the planet’s populations are already familiar with.
We need two thousand calories of food intake per day. Beginning with an enabling covenant for humanity, the redistribution of TIME, consolidation of infrastructure, Co housing, home food, cottage industry and eliminating the meat-dairy diet, it is easily done with less than today’s resources.
In the US today we consume twice that food wise, and over four gallons 400,000 BTU (100,800,000 calories) of fossil fuel equivalent per person per day to attain it in the 20% developed world average. With entropy and the Albedo issues it is totally out of the question for twenty percent of today’s population _ ten billion people puts the exercise on a different level. Empowering our progeny is something we have to accomplish to save the planet while promoting peace. Eugenics depopulation disguised as debt is grounds for Nuremberg.
Another way of looking at nutrition is by the pound. . From a grocer’s by the pound mercantile convenience point of view, we feed 3.3 billion head of cattle over a hundred pounds of food a day _ 6.6 billion people need three.
Two thirds of our grain crop is animal feed. That increases the human feeding factor thirty times if we feed humans and eliminate eating animals and that is before we sprout grains increasing the nutrition value by the hundreds especially when we don’t have to travel back and forth to go to work to generate the money first to ‘buy’ the food. We throw away or waste a third to half the food we buy _ 1600 miles the food travels, the refrigeration, storage, processing, land waste etc.

One of the direct insults to society, by the money changers, is the gaming of the food supply. 100 lbs. of feed for 3.3 billion cattle and the reluctance via planed scarcity and monopoly pricing, to supply 3 lbs of feed to 6.6 billion people is a dead give away _ pun intended.
We harvest five tons of lawn clippings on ten thousand sq. ft. of lawn a year _ one billion acres under cultivation with full clone of Earth waste back to land recycling is a moot point _ people need average 1100 pounds of food a year.

The exorbitant energy (most of the gasoline) use goes into moving humanity around from one sub city to the other, each day. The one village instead of five cities, for each group, cuts the transportation down as well as the resource use to build and maintain them. Half the economy in the developed world involves transportation _ consumption for it’s own sake is living in dead time.
The food we eat travels 1600 miles before it hits the plate.
Each calorie of food takes at least ten calories of fossil fuel to produce and is the largest polluter on the planet. How we assimilate nutrition is an Albedo Issue.
Just the meat-dairy diet consumes two thirds of the grain crop and the lion’s share of the water. We gain a sixteen to thirty to one advantage with just the cattle feed grain alone in the planet’s carrying capacity to feed humanity. The ability to feed twice the global population with the two thirds of the grain crop that is feeding cattle is a no brainer. Two thirds of our land is devoted to cattle in the US and even more in the two thirds less developed world. In the US there is around eight acres per person equally dividing the land mass, we use 25 acres of land per person, most off shore, where the average for the planet is less than 5 acres per person.
Potatoes, Jerusalem Artichoke, Termite fungus, mushrooms, honey, insect protein, etc. are a few examples of underdeveloped nutrition strategies that can be home grown.

According to the International Erosion Control Association, who tracks overgrazing, the world's cattle herd went from 720 million in 1950 to 1.53 billion in 2001. As a comparative, the world population increased from 2.5 billion in 1950 to 6.1 billion in 2001. If you add in sheep and goats, the herd size increases to 3.3 billion. In Africa there are an estimated 230 million cattle, while India hold's the world's largest cattle population with 283.1 million. The United States has 98 million head of cattle, while China has 130 million head _ 1.53 billion cows in the World
We have to feed 3.3 billion animals with sheep and goats in the mix _ camels, pigs, chickens etc. and pets have number issues also. A one thousand pound cow eats 167 lbs of grass per day on land that could have self sufficient people on, the rest comparable amounts, humans eat two to three pounds a day to get 2000 calories. If grain feed is substituted for animal feed we can see our lunch being fed to cattle for the sake of commerce in human food while causing a heath crisis by eating the meat _ obesity, cholesterol, prion contamination etc.. Assimilating the waste from the billion self sufficient acres in the Village configuration eliminates the producer and end-usuer transportation issues, the synthetic fertilizers and the energy for harvesting and distribution is a moot point.
Eliminating the meat and dairy diet frees up the land used for this waste and benefits the village concept by rededicating the land, no longer needed for agriculture for profit, and expands Vavlov areas we will need due to climate change in the near future. The Ethanol land grab schemes will end with the infrastructure consolidations curtailing the unnecessary transportation.
By consuming grains by sprouting rather than processed food like bread, beer and cereals etc., takes food to calorie ratio beyond the range of feeding ten billion people on less than today’s resources and with less production efficiency thus making the empowerment of our progeny even more viable. When we can see this up front we can begin the vote for the covenant than empowers the recycle.

Water and energy together saves strokes.

Much of the resource use is to manufacture goods that are not necessary and made to self destruct. Begin with housing. A huge resource storage is in the landfills. Mine them out for fertilizer as well as the minerals and raw materials. We have hundreds of years of stored discards and will keep humanity through the transition periods. A dump is tantamount to an oil well in your town.
Returning our wastes to the soil rather than discard them is the way of nature. The animals return nutrients to the ground as fertilizer etc.
Crushed rock or rock dust is the fertilizer of choice for the earth’s own systems. Composting all waste is what the planet and the universe does.
Converting transportation to electric via wheel motors is another cottage industry opportunity _ change out the wheels converts any vehicle to electric. We can show how ten billion citizens can be accommodated with a universal standard of living. With the nutritional calorie exchange we can regulate the use of the planet’s resources so we can guarantee our progeny a place at the table without huge agencies to regulate.
The ten billion citizens represent the expected peak population of the planet before decline, enabling the empowerment of our progeny. The popular computer model shows the decline at nine billion but we need to allow for longevity and a margin of error and how the gamming of life support has stolen Humanity’s right to BE.
The empowerment of our progeny is the wedge issue that all on earth can get behind _ why have children if you are going to enslave them with prenatal debt.
When all the people on earth can see how they are at an advantage by the redefining of currencies as a world class redistribution of TIME, the consolidation of the infrastructure etc. they can justify voting for a covenant between all citizens and all other citizens to allow the global Jubilee on usury driven debt which gives the perpetrators the Ponzy currency schemes to acquire land and resources _ stealing your watch and selling you back the TIME.
IF the transaction cannot be calculated in calories they (the money changers) have a problem because the carrying capacity or what it will cost the planet can’t be seen as progeny sensitive, therefore nullifying the transaction ala Gandhi. This was the original thinking when the wizards were prophesizing, over the millennia, that usury was not a good idea. The nutritional calorie is the functioning key to the paradigm shift.

When we are clever enough to figure out what equality is all about, the collective consciousness is reborn _ the second superpower morphs. Simply put: We need to justify and prove from a planetary management point of view that the planet can sustain six billion people. The empowerment of our progeny depends on it. The ability for humanity to see through the life support synergies is needed to justify a global vote based on empowering progeny. We showed the universal standard of living on TV in the seventies. The TIME based currencies were demonstrated in Star Trek and we have millions of treckies to spread the word. We establish that we have the way to measure the planet’s carrying capacity via the nutritional calorie and make it the base of the TIME based currency of the sovereign citizen.
