We
have a list of questions we need to research that have been presented over the eons
for collaboration of the mentors and the mentored angels, saints, wizards and
artists of the present honoring their place in space as timeline job
descriptions.
What are the origins and
rational for the
Ra Energy Foundation?
We need to seek the lowest common denominator in cosmic
sense_ we begin with the earliest strains of organization in humanity’s
mythologies and utterances _ simply a demonstration of lowest common
denominator reality as a way of thinking things through.
What is the key to a universal standard of living?
The calorie is the lowest common denominator in reverse
engineering the cosmic wisdom related to human sustenance. What it takes, to
produce two thousand calories a day, is the nutritional calorie_the
redistribution of TIME.

The
Solar Hydrogen Economy is the Gandhi strategy, the missing part to
civilization's greater puzzle and the key to the elusive paradigm shift.
The gift horse of Hydrogen is
long in the tooth and a proven ride. Put another way Hydrogen served us well as
the building blocks of the universe and needless to say we all got a big bang
out of it. We are only one river, we are only one sea and it flows through
you and it flows through me. We are only one people, we are one and the same,
we are all one spirit, we are all
one name.
That having been said entropy
based inflation(energy scarcity, planned or otherwise) can be put to rest.
Furthermore, on a social level the Solar Hydrogen Economy in the hands of the citizens
begins the redistribution of TIME(wealth), formerly usurped by organized usury,
back to the individual family and support group.
The Ra Energy Fdn. began as a
group of artists and scientists that assembled in the early seventies in an
attempt to fathom the life support equation _ the empowerment of our progeny as
job one so to speak.
The timing came from the need
to preempt a bad movie _ to rescue some of the scientists and their tax
supported NASA research on the nuts and bolts of the Hydrogen Economy which was
being scuttled by the Nixon administration in the early seventies.
It became obvious that our
premise was to discover or rediscover a sustainable self sufficient life
support system which all the citizens of the planet could participate in if we
were to realize our job one goals. But we also realized that this required some
extreme design science, beginning with some social engineering _ the basic
reality of taking the inheritance of our progeny out of probate, so to speak,
entails the redistribution of 'TIME' the currency of the sovereign citizen
rather than the redistribution of wealth. Wealth accumulated as a game of
Monopoly is simply a pyramid scheme posing as the economy _ privateering in the
provisioning of life support. This is tantamount to the proverbial feted calf
where an artificial straw man called money is worshipped (Mamonism) and has
reduced humankind to what amounts to civilization chasing it's tail.
Bear with us here. We been at it over fifty years and
did the best we can to condense it down to a few paragraphs. The Chinese Puzzle of energy and
infrastructure consolidation is what it will take to share the planet with all
citizens which is contrasted to the Eugenics
depopulation
corporatist attitude we are
getting more familiar with today.
So after all those realizations we assembled as a think tank where all ideas are important, none are refused, all are investigated which helped us to define our lowest common denominator best way to do it PREMISE. In the early seventies we began our deliberations under these guidelines for the lowest common denominator in life support and arrived at a technology system of self sufficient housing where the food chain is produced on the same acre of land you live on. This basic self sufficiency lessens man's treadmill time for trickle down and the dysfunctional pitfalls of supply side codependency _ the first step in the emancipation process. The next step was how to redirect the energy of the citizens the world around to creating this exercise _ how to fund it through the redistribution of 'TIME' and make the land available so every family can have an acre or so _ emancipation. This turns around the ploy of dividing civilization from their food chain for the purposes of exploitation _ work for food. Don't stop now it gets better, weaving is what you should expect on the web and we need your help!
So in the funding department(redistribution of TIME) our lowest common denominator directive again led us to research the best methods for taking the energy from the sun _ living within our solar budget. The fossil fuel boondoggle is society's TIME warp and a five-city system we can and should change almost immediately. And of course the reason for rescuing the inner 'space program' _ remember 'frankencorp' the movie, Rollerball.
So as an art and science exercise focusing on the sun(pun intended) we
found or rediscovered the Concentrator collector, an off axis parabola molded into a
sculpture we called Albedo.
This makes the Solar Hydrogen Economy possible 'by, for
and with the people' rather than a pay per Joule, centrally planned,
third party owned supply side energy system and amenity infrastructure.
Amenity infrastructure means water, sewer, gas, electricity, trash
collection etc.: Hydrogen town
gas (explained later) replaces the fuel used for heating, refrigeration and
air conditioning and with some already done design science it
becomes the water supply, generates electricity at the end use site (home)
while vaporizing sewerage, trash and garbage as it fuels transportation. When
Hydrogen is used it produces only pure water as a by-product. This of course
eliminates the water works and supply systems as well as sewerage
disposal(because we burn the sewerage), miles of separate piping, wiring,
rights of way as well as trucking for each service, purification, landfills,
skyfills, with the personnel to run it, and don't forget the profit -
taxes(terrabucks) that go for the greening of organized usury(explained later).
Basically it doesn't take a rocket scientist (pun intended) to figure out that theoretically 'The Solar Hydrogen Economy' is the catalyst (hidden by the supply side) to a self sufficient and sustainable life support system after reading the above paragraph a few times. But those rocket scientists turned theoretical to reality by demonstrating the basic nuts and bolts of 'The Hydrogen Economy' while it went to the moon and back as you prayed and cheered and watched on television. The space program proved it works and dispelled any negative rumors about Hydrogen. There are companies like Praxair who run Hydrogen pipelines in Texas and deliver Hydrogen on a regular basis to thousands of customers as compressed gas.

The "Solar Hydrogen Economy" is the bridge, the door (getting through to the other side) to sustainable family self-sufficiency. In other words the treadmill Time humanity saves by not having to buy supply side fossil fuel or rebuild the amenity infrastructure (water, sewer, gas, electric, trash, motor fuel) can be used for achieving the prerequisites of the Earth charter and the Premise _ the nut to fund Food, Shelter, and Education for all on Earth as a birthright! The meek shall inherit the Earth literally _ the shoes of the fisherman exercise finally under way. 'We shall transcend from what is to what ought' finally being fulfilled!
Two thousand dollars per citizen, ten thousand per family, ten trillion
for the planet, gleaned from the tithing to organized usury (Mammon) for fossil
fuel and infrastructure rebuild can provide every family on Earth a freedom and
feeding unit. With the sustainable
technology package we are capable of sheltering and feeding a family of
five on the same acre of land they live on _ rejoining citizen and his life support.
Allocating one acre or so per family globally would entail a landmass of less
than half the lower forty-eight United States. By consolidating the amenity
infrastructure with the Solar Hydrogen Economy, phasing out the red meat diet
and surrogate agriculture with the sustainable life support technology, land
will be affordable, available and worthless as booty.
As artists we disseminated our research results to writers, performers, as well as our own audiences. An example of one of those opportunities was our involvement with the Waltons on TV as a way of creating training videos depicting multi generational co-housing as the low footprint base for the support group synergy of sustainable planet management. This was an example of the redistribution of TIME the currency of the sovereign citizen.
The Waltons were nearly self sufficient, three generations under one roof
provided elder care, child care and the wisdom of the ages didn't have to be
learnt anew by each generation _ the young come to the old to learn and the old
come to the young to learn. A cottage industry for bartering keeps the wealth
(TIME) within the support group chucking the straw man(money) worship rituals _
redistribution of TIME
rather than artificial wealth. Basically the TV production gave everybody the
feel of a light footprint life support system _ those who were asked around the
globe said they could live with the standard of living portrayed in the
Waltons. Some of those who were asked tore down the Berlin wall and scuttled
the soviet government and things are getting mighty tropical in the western
world. Surrogate provisioning of basic life support (food shelter) in any
form(government or organized usury) is licensed exploitation and when
liberalized as in Neo Liberalism is tantamount to piracy.
But take The Little House On The Prairie', Walton scenario a step further and "Imagine" it with Mike Mulligan's space shuttle in the basement with a few other whistles and bells and viola. We get a scenario of a family unit with self sufficient technologies making it almost self sufficient food and shelter wise _ HOME INC.. A hundred families in a self sufficient support group create an old fashioned village to raise a child in. With a few innovations like wireless communication and Internet for electronic town meeting style citizen control and we have the ingredients for the 'back to the future' planet metamorphosis. How this scenario is made possible through direct electronic democracy and funded by the Solar Hydrogen Economy is further explained in the lectures that follow.
Sounds a bit lofty but you have to consider that we basically combed history for what traditionally worked. We took the best of the several hundred think tanks(nationalities and civilizations) of the past and presented what we consider the most workable and participated in what we decided was the lowest common denominator in presenting it. Which is where we are at now _ at one with, on the Internet.
Our artistic and sometimes tongue in cheek presentation style can be justified on a more scientific level by Einstein who pointed out that you can't repair the mistakes of the past with the same tools that were used to create them. So the following lectures are crafted to avoid such tooling when possible including the language(Corporate Media's Twinkie talk) and mantras used to inflict us with ATV positive syndrome _ Acquired Tunnel Vision is a mentally transmitted disease, in other words the false enculturation of left brained only education twisted by the right wing owned media's better living through parasitism propaganda. Roman oppression was inflicted with classical Latin which was discarded along with the oppressors. So we feel it makes sense to use as little as possible of the brainwashing language(Frankencorp's Media Twinkie talk) in our ongoing effort to deprogram the ATV positive. In other words some of the inventing of new terms lends a new broom clean sweep aura to the lectures :).
