 The planet is tanking, the life support system is mismanaged to fail _ collapse is upon us.  We need to design a universal standard of living for up to ten billion people and keep the resource use below today’s level to show that we are serious about the empowerment of our progeny.

 Planned scarcity is not a myth it has been well planned out and documented.

 

Energy policy is providing life support using the energy from the sun, past, present and future. Subtracting from the MATRIX begins with lowering the human footprint. _ a planet made for all creatures large and small as we sung it for the last fifty years. 

We need nothing less than a universal footprint.

 

The basic problem is that many of the life support resources we have available today are maxed out with the Earth in the balance. We have to figure out the best way to give the two thirds less developed world a chance for a universal standard of living using fewer resources than the world is using now. We have to subtract from the way the means of production is set up. Vermont talks of secession.

 Humanity has been driven to the status of hunter-gatherers with the five-city system of life support chasing trade beads in order to eat. Staying in one spot allows the planet to be shareable with all upon it within the solar budget.  The mammonists and energy merchants have kept society out of balance on many levels. 

 We have to begin with a disclaimer. Energy legislation is a lifestyle issue to be approached from the immediate community not necessarily the national, state, or even local governments. The whole planet is at stake because the life support systems issues have not been considered as a global synergy or from a universal standard of living. We see efforts to solve our US energy policy by attempting to sustain our waste while denying the sustainable renewable Solar energy-water Infrastructure consolidation solution leaving nothing for the future _  as if the oil companies wrote their script.

 The global problem is food and water as well as energy.  Usable water made from polluted water delivered in the already available natural gas infrastructure is a no brainier except for those who have never had the job of providing infrastructure. The world is running out of water and needs a radical plan to tackle shortages that threaten the ability of humanity to feed itself.  We strain the system in the cracking of petroleum and the manufacturing of ethanol.

 The second super power needs to create an energy policy for need before profit. The planet mood is shifting to an anti corporatism stance _ a new world light is emerging as ‘the’ super power where people come first.

 We need to design a universal standard of living for up to ten million people and keep the resource use below today’s level. The twenty percent first world uses eighty percent of the planets resources simply because of the way the means of production is set up. Reverse the 20/80 consumption ratio. The need requires some advance intervention. 20/20 foresight where 20% of the overdeveloped first world allows the remaining 80% of humanity to share the planet while all realize an enhanced Universal Standard of Living enabling 100% of our collective progeny to realize Full Empowerment while taking up less footprint percentage wise than today’s opulence. At one acre per family the entire population of the planet today could live self sufficiently with a universal standard of living, East of the Mississippi River in the lower Forty Eight.

 The footprint is the resource use as well as the land used to provide life support for each citizen. Why be Fuelish? We can act in a way that is fair or suffer endless warfare.

 This is not impossible it is necessary. The Earth is shrinking through desertification and flooding deindustrialization is upon us. Lower the Planet's Human Footprint Lower the Energy Pollution and the need for energy in the first place.  Our progeny has to rely on what is left . Destiny deprivation is a prenatal crime and a shame as Gandhi pointed out. Walking the prophetic walk is “Living simply so others can simply live”.

 Isofar as we have inadvertently violated the natural laws of the solar budget, WE as a civilization have to reconcile our life support strategies. So in getting down to changing the way we do business, some will say we can’t fight city hall. We are city hall and our redeeming strategy is to kick out the moneychangers of biblical fame and get to work in a WE are children of the universe who have a right to be here mode.

 Beginning a University of Peace where the retention of peace will be taught is an effort the world cannot go without. We need to counter the universities of war for the depopulation of the world in the ensuing ecological disaster. The inconvenient truth is cached in the rhetoric revealing the intentions of the one percent of the population that intends to defend their unfair positions of life support control _  European style life support system without infrastructure consolidation.

 Empowering our progeny is the wedge issue of the deca-millenia. Is there anybody you know who would not want to empower our future progeny?  We need to talk frankly and put the impetuous on the real needs of planet and humanity. The mere fact that we do not have full empowerment  or a universal standard of living for even five percent of the global population is testimony to the failure of systems with false enculturation at the core. The Children of the Universe who have a right to be here is the theme to be recognized here?

 On a global level, we need to understand the solar budget as the energy that can be garnered from the sun and tailor our needs around those parameters. We need to understand that there is a way for all on earth to share a sustainable standard of living. If what we are contemplating is not fair to all we have a failed event in retrospect. We have the cosmic sense _ not using it is collective criminality.

 

So let us think about some of the fairness failures and strategies where we can use our global city hall town meeting to legislate in some of the advantages and legislate out some of the discrepancies based on fairness first.

 

A life support totally dependent on energy to save human effort for a few in the first world, is a point in question.

 

Unnecessary transportation in the first world is an unwarranted disregard of the planet’s solar budget. The corrective venue should be proportional, retroactive and fair to those who haven’t even partaken of fist world opulence but suffer the consequences.

 

The centralization of the Electric industry with its refusal to employ cogeneration is criminal bordering on genocidal.

 

The corporatization of agriculture with it’s dependence on fossil fuel for unnecessary biocides, fertilizers, transportation, middle men and mechanized practices is archaic when there are solutions begging to be deployed.  Permaculture is the source of a few hundred thousand instructors in self-sufficient feeding strategies in the other side of fossil fuel or energy decent, as Holgren Mollison reveal.

 

Separating the people from food production is one of the most effective destiny deprivation strategies used against humanity and is part of a problem they didn't realize existed and kept from them by a status quo they never suspected was doing them in.

 

Creating artificial needs through false enculturation, advertising, manufacturing consent and perception-deception management is also criminal, more so when the empowerment our future progeny is being compromised and indentured servitude will be the result of prenatal debt for the opulence of a few.

 

We need to study the person hood and limited liability of the corporation, which is being used as bulldozer blade by the core inventor groups to instigate world unrest.

 

With Climate change and global warming certainly to be followed by glaciation due to our tampering with the planet’s albedo, the time frames, which would normally apply to a municipal policy, are hard to predict.  We have to look at the urgency as “Allow this to happen at our peril” rather than goal points.  We began working on an energy policy fifty years ago with the realization goal being the dawning of the Age of Aquarius in other words let the sun shine in by song, MEME triggering a di-milennia solar budget reality.

 

WE are almost there having less than ten years (five left to next procession) to accomplish a rational turn around in our life support strategies on a global level, anything less is an exercise in futility. If we had our spiritual act together empowering our progeny would have been job one, millennia ago and this conversation would be a moot point. The biosphere takes over as the primary source of carbon as the tundra melts, tectonic movement due to ice melt weight shift, and the conflagration of moisture starved forests caused by climate change due to global warming. It will be out of our hands shortly_ doing nothing is not a moral option. The planet is the unfinished work of the Creator _ consider saving it as doing God’s work. Saving civilization depends on our willingness to share.

This policy is not an energy policy to support the status quo but an energy reallocation to fit the parameters of the solar budget, the Mazlow needs of humanity and the survival of civilization, flora and fauna literally.

We need to redesign the community as well as structure strategies.  Zoning laws in the overdeveloped first world have to accommodate the needs of humanity rather than just snob appeal and investor profitability. On Land use: This is a desired outcome and what can be done to reduce the human foot print on the planet by 80% with the technology available today:

The elimination of the five-city system and consolidating the infrastructure gives us a realistic overview and control of the human footprint. By placing living units on an acre of land for a family of five the entire population of the planet could live in an area less than the lower forty-eight United States East of the Mississippi river with a better standard of living than the first world citizens of today. So much for over population as an excuse for the destiny deprivation of the vast majority of the Earth’s population.

 

Forming Intentional Communities and Villages of one hundred families of so for their mutual benefit and life support, logically bonds the planet together as a commonwealth of global villages rather than nations fighting each other over the opulence of a few.

 

This of course brings up energy prone warfare or state terrorism where the two thirds undeveloped world sees us as their slave masters. The energy we use to fight the wars is also a two-thirds undeveloped world supply situation where strangelove PNAC warfare is being dubbed as petrol pugilism. We war for oil while half the jobs in the developed world involve transportation, simply put, is civilization chasing it’s tail.

 

Multiplying our nutrition harvest: The Nutritional Calorie is the value of TIME……..

Food is the biggest pollution source on the planet. Food has been degraded for the convenience of corporate farming, the shelf life issues, profits of scale, and energy consuming processed food.  We can multiply the nutrition of food by directly consuming the grains by sprouting and wheat grassing to multiply the food supply. This allows us collectively to manage and produce our own food supply for the most part on the same acreage we live on _ billions of acres under cultivation by the users themselves. The human energy to mow and tend lawns is put to better use in the first world and the allocation of the land for the rest of the world as a birthright is the secret.

 

By eliminating the red meat dairy diet we free up land where cattle roam and the two thirds of our energy dependant grain crop used to feed the cattle. This is over ten acres per person in the US, much of this land is in other countries robbing them of their daily bread and keeping people locked up in cites.

 

The figures to feed just the meat and dairy diet show how we have a surplus of food for three times the population or more. All we have to do is get started converting the available assets for sharing rather than profiting. 

1.53 billion cows in the World we have to feed 3.3 billion animals with sheep and goats in the mix. A one thousand pound cow eats 167 lbs of grass per day the rest comparable amounts humans eat two to three pounds a day to get 2000 calories. We are victims of perception management where the artificial tastes and desires are put upon us by the false enculturation strategies by those who profit from life support provisioning. Biofuel is an ethical issue_ competition with food production.

    

Genetically modified organisms fall under the rearranging of creation boondoggle and especially when it is done to corner the seed market leading to the food production in the hands of a few work for food Corporatists.  Saving our seeds is the way of the future insofar as everybody should be involved in our food production.

By dealing with sewerage trash and garbage at the end use side  we can save the municipal costs of dealing with it as well as the water loss by not polluting potentially recyclable water with sewerage. This waste is a misuse of resources and energy bordering on pre-natal genocide.  Any future construction projects should be for the long haul not status items.  Non-biodegradable building materials created out of fossil remains and agricultural hydrocarbons can replace the biodegradable construction methods ending the waste of natural resources in the name of our future progeny. Masonry where applicable should become the prime building objective where built into the planet longevity, strength and thermal mass is appropriate.

 

Some legislative suggestions like the Feinstein Solution is too little too late in a political climate that can’t even agree to a timeframe reaching several decades let alone ten now five years. Burning food in the throws of a grain crisis during climate change to save the status quo in not intelligent design or cosmic sense.
