"What would an ideal constitution be like for an ideal society?"
Basically constitutions of late had to be forced on a slave owning aristocracy whose brinkmanship still got the better of the masses in most cases. In our US and Canadian constitutions we reacted to strife through letters of correspondence, a patchwork was put together and most of it denied. In Europe many of the Magna Charters were a bit more bloody, the French constitution was by head count _as they rolled off the guillotine. In most cases economic democracy was rejected and representative oligarchy took it's place _just another form of second hand monarchy or fascism controlled by the aristocracy. A definite catch 22.
Archetype of fairness as a premise

As we travel through history we see ancient attempts at reaching some degree of fairness in society from the E Chang, Confucius to the Books of the Dead, the Ten commandments, the followings of the prophets but organized money or the money worshipers have always prevailed.
The mamonists have always managed to cement in a catch twenty-two. It is so costly to even get on the ballot that only the wealthy can afford to become political and the 'simple majority' system of voting enables tyranny by default. Today we are left with civil disobedience and apathy or we can cut our own throats when we vote for the stooges of organized usury who become our elected officials. We can't by any stretch of the imagination become in control of our destiny or economic (life support) strategies while we have representative oligarchy pretending to be a democracy.
To further stain the soup, organized usury http://raenergy.igc.org/usury.html is in the process of turning the population against the very government that is supposed to protect the citizens against the ravishes of the very group that has wrenched control with less than five percent of citizens of voting age participating.
The phenomenon of creating stars out of the politicians is shobiz for ugly people insofar as the information delivery system (frankencorp media) is simply hyping the pony race between the oligarchs(wealthy stooges) and the substance of government is shadowed by all this nonsense.
The fragmenting of control by giving it over to the states and provinces is an indicator of how this strategy is working _divide and conquer. The states are even more controlled by the supply side than the federal governments and the government's business is razle dazled by even more political dog and pony shows. This is negating any bill of rights and the enforcement of them.
The pre-criminalization of the citizens based on the prohibitions or designer sin has turned segments of the population against each other as well as against the government while organized usury walks with the farm.
The capper is the Gestapo being erected around the perpetrators under the guise of the phony drug war, searching mail under the pretext of mail bombs, regulating fertilizer, attempting to disarm the public etc. any excuse to violate civil rights to satiate their paranoia. The perpetrators are those who have sold out humanity and have panicked at the thought of someone taking the golden rule seriously: "Do unto others what you would have them do unto you" or even worse the old testament version of an eye for an eye etc. _the tyranny of the masses. In other words after centuries of manipulating people from their land and herding them into cities as cash cows, the flock is about to stampede.
So the question is where have we advanced as a civilization in control of it's own destiny?
As artists we are in the business of tweaking the envelope and we also have a sort of chain of command which may shed some light here. This little "Pecking order of art" was part of our lecture to the nubies in our theater workshops and performing arts seminars. (Bio listed at the end) We used painting as an analogy to performing artists and film people in order to give an over view of "All the worlds' a stage and all the men and womyn (pun intended) merely players" etc. To show where a potential behavioral scientist, performing artist, writer etc. is (or has been forced to be) in this chain of command, we start with the performing artist, actor, singer, citizens or whatever being the interactive paint on the canvass. Which of course is a step up from 'whale shit' _status one in the Coast Guard and Naval academies. The director is the painter _applying talent to the task. The producer paid for the canvas and paint _the talent. The executive producer decides what is going to get painted _acquires the script. The writer dreams it all up and gets his script produced somehow. An autour does it all without all those representatives and censors _the entrepreneur lost the entrepreneur regained as in paradise lost – regained.
This forum is the envelope being tweaked _the ultimate agenda bending(what gets painted). We need to morph these analogies to planetary management where everybody is involved in the whole picture _autourship - sovereign citizens'advise and consent leading to a global vote for a covenant between the citizens of the world who have aright to be here. Horizontal management vs. interactive paint on someone else's canvas or even whale shit. ALL the worlds' a stage and ALL the men and Womyn merely players. True democracy is direct democracy _ A Thespianocracy by any name.... !
We have thought in terms of how to kickstart a dead planet as sort of our working title, which is one step beyond the present edge of the envelope. In other words plan two if civilization fails to wise up. In order to kickstart a dead planet we need to realize what it is for. When we shrug the twisted scripture manifest destiny increase, multiply and lunch the planet mentality, a more realistic and simpler over view of destiny appears. When we examine destiny we can't help but focus on Progeny. For the most part Progeny is the raison etre of humanity as well as all flora and fauna on the planet _LCD(Lowest Common Denominator).
When we take into consideration the transcendence prophetics involved, the problem is in focus. With the controlling Mamonists amounting to less than five percent of the global population we as citizens have the high moral ground. It is our progeny that is in question and our progeny that makes up the next generations. This is where the discussion begins on constitutions and bills of rights.
What most prophets, wise men and artists have distilled over the centuries can be expressed in two basic phrases. Most prophets have paraphrased Abraham's "We should Transcend from what is to what ought" and Christ's "The meek shall inherit the (E)earth and the artist community, except for a few sellouts, have been in lock step with that thinking insofar as getting people to dwell on the ought and the meek part of it.
IMAGINE 'OUGHT' as BEING in a civilization where competition for life support was non existent. In other words: Where education was not the abortion of the inner child and the nurturing of the inner timber wolf. Where simply living was not detrimental to life itself. Where our life was devoted to living, not used up competing for life support like those of the animal world. Where BEING was allowed.
Civilization needs to be in control of it's destiny rather than compete for the privilege of serving the supply side where we get our trickle down crumbs only if we are successful. If we are successful we are condoning economic Darwinism where those who are less successful or refuse to succumb to their lower brain stem predatory instincts(the inner timber Wolf) are somehow counter culture or not normal. This is the rub _a world where the means to life support is in the hands of less than five percent of the population. A parasitic class who is educated to think that the human race is some kind of a contest. In any past civilization this has been the formula for 'the collapse' which brings up the kick starting of a dead planet exercise again.
As Einstein pointed out we can't overcome the mistakes of the past with the same tools used to create them. This mess (The Hegemony of Parasitism) was instigated and put in place with a carefully crafted system, which puts the fox in charge of the chicken coop and Dracula owning the blood bank. So if we rearrange the tooling a bit there is a way out.
The main thing we have in our camp is the camp. We are ninety five percent of the global population and that should begin to spawn ideas even by itself. The second big item is that our progeny will be the inhabitants of the Earth in even bigger numbers and perhaps a larger percentage with a few minor adjustments. This overwhelming majority combined with TIME, are the keys to the planet and 'We the people' own them.
TIME is the currency of the sovereign citizen. The lowest common denominator in the empowerment of our progeny is the redistribution of TIME and a constitution-bill of rights that facilitates those aims.
Organized usury's think tanks are already churning out talking papers demonizing terms like 'utopian greed'. They feel that demonizing ninety five percent of the planet's population with the phrase "utopian greed" will somehow justify five percent of the population controlling the means of production. In other words they insinuate that ninety five percent of the population is a greedy special interest if they assert the fact that they have a right to be here without being proficient at Monopoly.
As I say in my sig the meek taking their inheritance out of probate is not a conspiracy. To countermand their(organized usury) think tank defecations we need to 'Imagine' a little more. If we can declare that "This land is your land, This land is my land, This land is made for you and me" as we have been singing it for fifty years or so, we can overcome. One step removed from this is to declare the planet the property of the unborn which makes the empowerment of our progeny as job one a reality and the planet on loan to us from the unborn redefines the term sustainability. From there we go on to the redistribution of TIME(the currency of the sovereign citizen) rather than wealth. That is the catch 22 that favors the overwhelming majority of the flora and fauna of the planet rather than a few robber Barons and later day pirates. That having been said, kickstarting a 'dead' planet is a moot point insofar as we can lift the yoke of Nihilism _keep hope alive. The strategies to vote this into a Premise is in the recommended reading.
Most existing constitutions are reactionary instruments benefiting a class of wanabee slave owners. Some immediate amendments will enable us to phase out the cancer of the Hegemony of Parasitism but still we need to take the next step to a Premise which levels the playing field for the planet and all upon it. This is indeed a road less traveled by, and using the Internet from this edge of the envelope vantage point we can reorient our society and it's governance with job one in mind _the empowerment of our progeny.
The penalty for failure is plan two _kickstarting a dead planet.
