The Birth of a citizen brings responsibility for stewardship where TIME is the method of performing a cosmic challenge. This challenge is using the portion of the planet of the inheritance of the meek as intimated in the teachings of the wise men prophets through the ages. The meek begins with this key to the mystery of the ages and the missing piece to the puzzle is simply to break the trespass catch 22. The mystery of the ages and the sticking point here is that mankind has signed their requests with Amen making it a volunteer covenant. The prayer asked in so many Words to any and all the names for GOD simply asking for our daily bread and volunteering by asking to forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. AMEN.
Switching to TIME can almost immediately squelch the hold that organized usury has on the planet. The artificial constructs of currencies or units of TIME stolen through usury are no longer viable. In other words unearned income no longer counts as the currency to own or buy land. It no longer gives them the right to foreclose on debt. Or gives them the authority of wealth _ universal citizens transact in TIME only. TIME is what you will give in the future for what you need now. The transactions are kept by Time certificates and by computer as they are done now. The difference is that usury is no longer lurking in the underbrush and the wealth stays in the community equally in all districts. As the Premise becomes the direct operating system for the planet.
The redistribution
of TIME is the key to the equality of mankind. The projected
lifetime earnings of each individual enables instant credit for the necessities
of life. The idea of a citizen realizing his life earnings at birth
stymies the present system of planned scarcity and work for food. Corporations
can artificially ramp up the worth of their stock by expected earnings in
essence allowing them to print currency to takeover others via hostile
takeover. The citizen enjoying the same privilege at birth and in equality,
would create limits to each holding as well as be for need based rather than
exploitative debit from the shared planet.

We can convert to TIME credits and Empower our progeny as we speak. The currencies are failing and we the people are left holding the bag while they attempt to foreclose on their phony debts. When we vote for a Premise-Covenant the whole picture changes. We as a civilization say this land is made for you and me we will act out accordingly. We will use our god given sovereignty to use the Redistributed TIME as the currency of the newly empowered Sovereign Citizen. If a super majority of the planet votes it to be, the nations wains and the Gain Commonwealth begins. If we are striving for fairness, war is neutered.

LIBRA as an advanced intervention strategy is the door to empowerment?
Without a strategy to empower all including the collective progeny we are not solving any problems. As we are tentatively planning some advance intervention and corrective strategies here in LIBRA, exercises have been set up to follow and document not so kind mankind's struggles to deal with spiritualism (the art of connectivity) in the past. Schools and groups some similar to ours with unbroken mentored millennial lineages have had successes and failures in spiritual idealism. The Tything of Melchizedek four thousand years ago is one such secular effort.
The Abrahamic exercise in Canaan (Middle East), that has
been mostly understood as a religious strategy, is in fact an exercise in
humansettle. Spirituality or transcending from what is to what ought was the
premise and the rituals of what ever religions myths and mythologies ala Joseph
Campbell that developed against federation rules etc., have not been in the
best interests of the original need.
We MIND Sorcerers, Artists, Prophets, Saints, Wise People or those of us who look at the Universal picture as MEME weavers, are perhaps responsible for the Tri Morph Abrahamic Middle East exercise now in progress. Now we are giving it another go round.
Unfortunately, five thousand dividian groups that evolved, since the school of Melchizedek, call themselves religions and have been infiltrated by zealots with conflicting political motives _ the real spiritualists traditionally want to believe and the infiltrator zealots deceive. This catch 22 has kept the many dividian sects at each other throats for the last few millennia. Now that we have the information delivery systems in place like the Internet, we can now proceed to unravel this matrix of deception and use the bureaucracies that had originally been formed around the idea of teaching spirituality (connectivity beginning with each other)) and in essence get them to do just that _ humansettle.
The bibles and so called holy texts etc are a blog of their goals and their mistakes. Having these tools we can now use them to guide the transition from a position of knowledge and their ancestral direction rather than guesswork _ we know what does not work and the other way round and so do the dividians while all on Gaia watches for the first time at the same time _ the transparency thing.
The Dividians connecting is a good place to demonstrate what you are about to teach _ spirituality the art of connectivity based on trust garnered from fairness. Commonality is recognizing that we are all one and all one name and begins with simply getting along. We are all one, one and the same even one name when you consider our beginnings in the big birth in the original Hydrogen Economy. So it is only natural to assume we are all naturalists and the name for the source and center is not in English.
We can now set out to create a covenant for one another, which can be agreed upon (global vote) by all on Gaia.
In the mean time we need the spiritual bureaucracies intact not campaigning against these aims as the religious right has done with fairness and the Aquarian goals to date. As naturalists and operatives we can see through the fray but we need to use our organizing skills to keep this as an orderly exit from ignorance and superstition to a reality that benefits the planet and all upon it. We as stewards are responsible for the symbiosis of flora and fauna as well. This land is made for you and me is a given only if we empower humanity _ we need to get it right this time.
In our theater boot camps for activists, we encouraged the performing artist writer future activists etc. to envision themselves away form the traditional fool to educator to teacher to saint even jedi knight to prophet. This was our way of raising the co nsciousness level in increments.
We have another such opportunity to raise the awareness-consciousness level of the doctors of philosophy on the planet, by having them bend towards the altruistic side by agreeing to a sort of Hippocratic pledge. This would raise the integrity level of academia as well as their own consciousness level. The divinity doctors, taking the same pledge, can help with the religious bureaucracies which we need intact and friendly.
We had the rights and toured An Evenings’ Frost for a couple of years. We talked of Ice would suffice and we will be all right if nothing goes wrong with the lighting. Our theme was Praise be to he who thought of it first: what Frost said to Kennedy at inauguration day.
