I am a consultant to developers, builders, and contractors involved with subdivisions _ my day time job has been designing and building infrastructure. Providing gas, water, sewer, septic, purification, electric, roads and bridges for subdivisions _ cities.

Was a founder of FOLKSAY studios in Greenwich Village in the fifties. FOLKSAY studios was a place for creativity and political thought. Songs, plays, the literature of citizen empowerment and the Aquarian consciousness were our trademark _ FOLKSAY people say.

Co-founded and was a director of Theatricum Botanicum in Topanga Cyn. California from 1969. TB is a performing artists workshop and Shakespeare repertory company recognized by the Folger Museum. Was a producer and an officer of Folksay Inc. in Los Angeles California from 1973. Folksay was a talent management and production entity in print, stage, film, video, road shows, music, concerts etc._FOLKSAY INC. was people say with a little more clout.

Co-Produced hootenanys at Folksay in the fifties. Acts like HAIR were debuting their stuff as it was being written some even living there. We were dubbed the Aquarian Conspiracy for introducing the 26000 year calendar depicting the procession of equinoxes. The age of Aquarius is an astronomical event not astrology but a successful MEME outing the venom of the religious wrong. The MAYAN Calendar followed the Precession of the Equinoxes

We were on the free energy new energy road less traveled by in the fifties because we were concerned about the Albedo (global dimming), entropy-peak oil and depriving future generations of the non biodegradable building materials that can be manufactured from fossil fuel _ not burning the furniture to heat the house. Our concerns became known and the Man On the Moon script (before Sputnik) carried over to researching the nuts and bolts of the Hydrogen Economy with the treadmill TIME of "WE The People" and now we own it. One of our guys was part of the Saturn Five NASA side of the giant step for mankind exercise _This is how we rescued the H2 tech as Nixon was attempting to hide it. We began the work on an energy policy fifty years ago with the realization goal as the dawning of the Age of Aquarius in other words let the sun shine in by song MEME and reality at the turn of the di-milennia. World government of by and for the corporatist bankers funded by fossil fuel revenues was also part of the incentive mix.

Woody Gutherie composed, sang and morphed with Bob Zimmerman aka Dylan in Tamborine man Magic Swilin Ship times etc. Pete Seeger, The Weavers, Leadbelly, Peter Paul and Mary, Edward Albee slammed, Harold Leventhaul passed the hat etc. great gigs behind the green door. Will, Erma and myself struggled to pay the rent and keep food in Folksay studio and Marylyn Tanners(Aunty Mame) Bank St. detox town house. The black listing put this brain trust in motion even Buckie showed up once and a while along with Rodenberry, Ledbelly, and Larry King behind Joan Biaz in pigtails!

Co-Produced with pop(Will Geer) , Bill Ball and the ACT gang the Woody Gutherie celebration at midnight at the Geary in San Fransisco Oct. 67. The FOLKSAY gang as well as way over twenty five thousand people showed up in eight hours notice (with the help of Will Lewis and his National Public Radio idea) to demand that "THIS LAND" be the global village planetary anthem and a MEME we could harvest when we ask the global population to second the motion on the Lyrics as the beginnings of a global vote on planet and land ownership. We established the need for the Huntington Chorea Fdn. For months Woody’s songs were played all over the world in a ‘singing for the union’ mode. The rest is history!

At Woody’s Guthrie’s Celebration we morphed the anti Fascist movement and anti war movements with the hip culture of the Height Asbury Grateful Dead contingency. Like magic, as we sung “We Ain’t Going to Study War no more” the idea hit us all at once. After the celebration, as the sun was coming up, thousands in the audience including Joan Bias with mother and sister walked across the Bay Bridge to the Oakland draft board and made history. Today we morph the anti war movement to the peacemaking effort _ for something rather than against. This worked for the anti nuclear movement morphing into the renewable energy movement.

But the video seminars to get the film to video switch established lowering the cost of motion pictures, allowing others besides the studios to produce, was a success. We also did some of the first Rock and folk videos and original works like Barnyard Sweets. We presented Lysistrata mid seventies, which has been rediscovered as a timely Gandhi strategy.

We published "Switching On" 1980 a book by Paul Dennison the holistic answer to Dyslexia _ hemispherical integration of the brain. The cover had what we estimated to be the morph of multiracial man inside a light bulb _ future face. What TIME magazine did as a computer generated amalgamated androgynous morph fifteen years later _ Long before Tiger Woods or Barack Obama. We were also instrumental in producing the Edu Kinesthetics seminar group that disseminated this information to the nations universities as staff development projects _ enlightening those who teach those who teach those who train teachers _ approaching deliberate dyslexia and bicameralism, teaching the left brain only, the basis of ATV(Acquired Tunnel Vision) at the source( the roots of things "radical"). Also autoured( co-wrote, produced, directed, camera, edited) the accompanying videos for the project.

We were involved with the seminar group MIND (Man's Inner Nature and Development) a staff development project _ more enlightenment in the seventies. We also did the video which was instrumental in explaining the mental glockenspiel to the artistic community, the media, especially those in the film and TV industries _ writers, performing artists, producers, directors, media moguls and also some chosen CEOs in industries outside Thespis-land as part of the search for a few good real people. The media and the arts are the cure, deprogramming etc. for those already inflicted with ATV positive syndrome. We taught those who taught those who taught those to teach and we now have the hundred monkey type stream of consciousness evolving _ rachi is raenergy

In other words we did a source reduction and cure approach to the eradication of Acquired Tunnel Vision, narrowcasting, brainwashing, deliberate dyslexia the end of bicameralism left brain only instruction similar to the WHO (World Health Organization) small pox strategy. This attitude adjustment of so called authority needed to be done and we just did it radically, systematically, methodically, and deliberately. Just part of our grandfather of the nation, kick starting a dead planet strategy.

The pieces on the Hydrogen economy are part of our “We are all one name” stream of consciousness that started when RA ENERGY FOUNDATION co founder Will Geer walked out on the stage of the Johnny Carson Show in the mid seventies and announced the official founding of the RA ENERGY FOUNDATION. We announced that we would investigate self-sufficient life support strategies and a way of all on earth affording it, a la Waltons. At that time the Waltons had been seen in every country on Earth as a lifestyle alternative as well as a template for a sustainable life support system shareable with the entire planet. Presenting life support systems as an appropriate technology MEME on the same level as oatmeal ;), hey you do it as you see it besides nobody listened to government after Nixon (Watergate and the Refer madness deception management lies) even less after the Reagan Bushkin lies) and religions after the Aiyatollas (Fallwell, Robertson, Bakker, Swagert, JP2 and the designer sin criminalizing ingestion freedom foolishness why not a grandfather of the nation?

We did Santa Clause, which featured Will Geer as the ultimate grandfather explaining the facts of life while the kids opened their presents on Christmas day. We were able to talk about solar energy, Solar Hydrogen, self sufficient life support, grow your own (food), This land is your land etc. at eleven o'clock Christmas day on NBC at one with Santa Clause for ten years starting in 76).

Our calling all MEME delivery system, our way of talking to the people directly consisted partially of concerts _ the center piece was our Americana bus tour for several years and hundreds of performances (we called it our Grandfather of the nation gig). With this communications tool starting in the early seventies we lobbied the leaders of the future and their teachers and professors in their high schools, colleges and universities, with their sisters, brothers, parents, and grandparents making sure they all "got it" at the same time _ family values in control of the family, the Walton audience profile plus. When Grandpa Walton, Twain, Gutherie, Shakespeare, Masters, Thoreau, Whitman, Frost, Abraham, Melchizedek, Guandi, Scratch, Santa Clause, Boss and Old Bearclaw(Griz) and company carried on, sang and spoke even E.F. Hutton listened. The Waltons were sustainable living training videos.

Fame the TV series was a close simile to our workshops about behavioral science for those who responded to our recruiting song .

What would the school of Melchizedek ,of Abraham and Isaac fame, need to say to the people of the planet (from a behavioral science -planetary management point of view) in order for them to become the advice and consent for the planet _ the people rule? Universe management from a source and center can be projected from what we know now. The cast and characters have been given names and job descriptions _ roots of authority myths and mythologies in the grand tabloid of universe understanding.

What if we change ‘merely players’ to Auteurs as a birthright?

Folksay and Theatricum Botanicum to help kick-start the garden planet exercise was our behavioral science Shakespeare boot camp for a concert following who responded to our recruitment effort _ O when the Saints go marching in, we want to be in that number.

In our 1500 or so concerts and road shows in the sixties and seventies we used to sing 'O When the Saints go marching in 'We want to be in that number' at the beginning and end of each show. We meant saints from an advocacy mind set where people see themselves as able to help humanity and planet _ elevated from blacklisted, fools, to teachers, artists, saints, prophets, wise men, alchemists, wizards, Akashic channelers, Partners in Creation etc. After all, it is the artists that have been in locked step with the prophets and the artists own the audience. Training one prophet at a time in the past has resulted in dueling dividians (religions) due to politicization. Our teaching or boot camp was theatrical for the behavioral science and memetics training aspects. All the worlds’ a stage is a directive…..if you take this job…. J

These saints, Sorcerers, Artists, Prophets,etc. (One of our artists metaphorically depicted these wise persons as Jedi Knights with Yoda as the interpreter of the knowledge base) are encouraging wake the town and tell the people about the advice and consent of the collective consciousness of the planet. We did hundreds of concerts, benefits and appearances, besides our Americana gig. We heralded the Dawning of the Age of Aquarius with theater and song with the old Folksay group and many others starting in the fifties before the Beetles _ This Land is your Land, this Land is my Land etc.. was another retro Rush to ATV positive syndrome. ATV is Acquired Tunnel Vision the Planet's most insidious (mentally transmited) disease _ those inflicting us with ATV rom the "burning in" of the mantras of the "Conservative Agenda" are those who needed the attitude adjustment. This machine kills fascists is what Woody Guthrie painted on his Guitar. We opened and closed most of our shows with our recruiting song "When The Saints Go Marching In" to put transcendence in the proper perspective. We did Scratch(The Devil and Daniel Webster) in Boston and on Broadway _ Mayor Linsday came back stage opening night to tell Will and I that he was shamed and was quitting the Republican party _ he saw "The Beelzebubble" we were trying to burst.

We held seminars on subjects varying from theater to ingestion strategies and rights including sex(as hormone management) from the late sixties for writers, playwrights, song writers etc. We wrote, lectured, produced books, concerts, benefits, infomercials, records and tapes, film and video.

We did research, produced prototypes, and disseminated the findings by publishing papers and assimilated them into our artistic pursuits beginning in the early seventies _ a concrete concentrator solar collector, self sufficient housing and biospheres long before Biosphere II, micro hydro, wind, Hydrogen, photo voltaics etc.. We were on the WELL mid eighties with the abotech conference _ The Cloning of Earth, The Hydrogen Economy, Ultimate vehicle Hydrogen fuel Cell wheel motor electric car etc. and IGC since 89 with The Solar Hydrogen Economy and citizen empowerment. Citizen empowerment was our premise from our Folksay beginnings in the early fifties.

The "Solar Hydrogen Economy" is the bridge, the door(getting through to the other side) to self sufficiency. The treadmill Time humanity saves by not having to buy supply side fossil fuel or rebuild the amenity infrastructure can be used for achieving the prerequisites of the Earth charter and the Premise _ the nut to fund Food, Shelter, and Education for all on Earth as a birthright!

When we consider the possibilities rather than today’s extortion for life support realities.

We need to design a universal standard of living for up to ten billion people and keep the resource use below today’s level.

Two thousand dollars per citizen, ten thousand per family of five, twenty trillion for ten billion citizens, gleaned from the tithing to organized usury for fossil fuel and infrastructure, can build every family on earth a freedom and feeding unit with a sustainable technology package capable of sheltering and feeding a family of five on the same acre of land they live on. Allocating one acre per family globally would entail a land mass of less than half the lower forty eight united states. By consolidating the amenity infrastructure with the Solar Hydrogen Economy, phasing out the red meat diet and surrogate agriculture with the sustainable technology package, land will be affordable, available and worthless as booty. see Land distribution, Solidarity
