CYBER PROJECT GAIA PLANNING
When we run the movie of life ahead to the large envelope
POV we can see where all this Internet censorship begins. So as a protest we
should get on with the solution in such a way that "they" don't
matter _ direct democracy. Remember our ancestors ignored all prophetics and
reason, which puts us in a position to be the ones to tweak the envelope. So
lets all think like
artists and mess with the envelope _ don't give up
This Cyber project is an outline of how the planet
could be operated on an equitable basis and the ways and means to accomplish
it. It is the prophetic accomplishment of going "From what is to what ought" of Abraham and
Christ's "The Meek shall inherit the Earth" tied to what most of the
artistic community has been reiterating for centuries.
This group can help organize the parameters of the
village or cyber-cell system of virtual reality advise and consent. . The
referenda alternative to representative democracy is the core of the electronic
global village town meeting scenario _ switching on the global brain.
That having been said it is a way to administer some
attitude adjustment and to get the attention of the political stooges in the
very near future thus heading off some of their planned skullduggery.
Read through the lectures and posts with an open mind
and see how you can lend some of your mind scape to this planetary management
synergy. Try to see it as a 'Clone of Earth' technology where we as a global
civilization can achieve Liberty Equality and Community(Fraternity). In other
words the human race is not a contest or something that has to be won. Or you

WHAT IS A VILLAGE
In the lecture REFERENDA GLOBAL EMANCIPATION, along
with "PREMISE" and others We refer to a village as the basic global
unit. Many have asked the question what does a village have to do with the
global vote?
So I begin at the beginning. The lowest common denominator in governance and
support groups is the small village. The major portion of mankind's time on
earth was in a village setting. These intentional communities are a Clone of
Earth Technology that is evident in many of the advanced species as well as the
more primitive. Ideally a village is a voluntary association of a hundred
families or so _ what a tribe or a parish used to be.
Old Sturbrige village
in Massachusetts is a modern day replica of the way the village system worked
for centuries.
In contrast the larger city exercise of the last few
centuries was a contrivance to enslave the population of the planet _ self
sufficient families who were manipulated away from their land, support groups,
and their village to raise a child in.. Development is the means to citizen
life support.
Citizen emancipation should be the goal and the
result of any development. SELF SUFFICIENCY with as much of the means of
production in the control of HOME INC. is the direction _ back to the future.
Ninety nine percent of the time mankind has spent on Earth was spent with a
different reason for being _ quite different than captive consumerism in a
place of mandatory consumption and mandatory non production which is the
development scenario today.
A support group of a hundred families is the backbone
of history. In a tribe, cell, parish, city state, support group, village, of a
hundred families or so there is sufficient diversity for an autonomous group to
provision them selves with very little outside trade especially for the
necessities of life _ basic life support. Families that are themselves almost
self-sufficient (set up with the self sufficient technologies) can help
provision the rest of the group in an informal economy cottage industry setting
ala Waltons _ the old time butcher the baker and the cabinet maker teamed with
barter. The modern day version of barter is TIME dollars, and LETS(Local

Your TIME is the wealth of the future and the
currency of the sovereign citizen. This wealth derived from labor belongs to
you and should remain as the wealth of your support group not to be manipulated
away by some third party ownership of the means of production _ unearned
income, organized parasitism, New world Order.
Besides the men's contribution to society's well being,
women do three quarters of the essential day to day labor, receive less than
five percent of the salary, and own less than one percent of the gross global
product.(NOW at Beijing) Why should the labor of women, who's efforts in some
cases simply result in the raising of future wage slaves, be SAPed(IMF
Rollerball) by the third party ownership of the means of production _ usury
world. This having been said, it is not difficult to fathom organized
parasitism's closet sheet head attitude towards affirmative action when you
realize who really benefits the most from the unpaid labor of women.
I say governance. A small self sufficient village
group that is dependent on each other will not present the problems that
require a police force to maintain order or will they have to protect the trade
routes of merchants with standing armies. And a little side bar on security,
each family and individual can be naturally protected with a benign technology
simulating a skunk, a Porcupine, and a hive of bees to the point where it would
be non habit forming to do them harm.

It is easy for a small group to decide on the
business of life support and the regulation of the land of the unborn etc.. It
is even easier when every family is tied to a village computer network and can
exist in reality as well as virtually in cyber space. What a majority in a
village decides is beneficial for them can be networked to the other villages
as well, which forms the backbone of the REFERENDA which is the routes and
channels to the PREMISE(Global
bill of rights, constitution, law
of the planet etc). see topics listed the end of this post
In other words, do in cyberspace what thousands of towns and villages world
wide already do in town meetings but think of it as a global consulta
(As the Chiapans just did), an electronic global village town meeting, the
synaptual switching on of the global brain, the collective unconscious morphing
into the collective consciousness.
If two thirds of the citizens in a village decide to
enact a warrant it becomes the way in that village. If a three fourths majority
of the villages decides on common ground it becomes the way or the law of the
planet. This ends the codependency dysfunctional equation of politicians and
congresses being elected by no votes and laws in favor of the minority being
enacted by default _ direct
democracy replacing the failed and corrupt representative oligarchy posing
as democracy.
Our participation with the Waltons on television(see
URL in sig) was part of an ongoing awareness project to facilitate these aims.
These training videos show how three generations can live under one roof (
co-housing situation). The young come to the old to learn and vise versa
without surrogate child day care, eldercare, or the wisdom of the ages having
to be reinvented at each new generation. A self sufficient family with in house
education, food , energy, and waste disposal is off the grid so to speak. A
hundred of these entities in a support group can supply almost everything that
is needed to nurture life including a village to grow a child in.

The redeeming clone of Earth solution which played out
over the millennia is the self sufficient village operated by the self sufficient
villagers for the benefit of their Progeny. The personal citizen empowerment
goal is a self sufficient living unit that provides each family with the food
chain, it's own energy-water supply, waste disposal, work at home learn at home
etc. all on the same acre or so of land you live on.. The Equality part is
satisfied when we make it available for every family on the planet. The Liberty
part when you are no longer required to compete for life support and food _
emancipation is producing your own food chain on land and shelter you and your
community own and become the stewards of.. Fraternity(community) is the small
village it takes to grow a child in which you with your unique talents become
an integral part of..
The Waltons on television
(part of our grandfather of the nation gig) is a ten year series of globally
distributed training videos. They depict a light footprint alternative to
destiny deprivation (poverty) on one hand and senseless opulence on the other.
It is not only self sufficiency but a universal standard of
living acceptable to most of the people on the planet who have been asked.
BUT NOW It is time to start thinking of choosing and
assembling into your support groups. Of course the ultimate scenario is an
intentional community and co-housing scenario where each family has a acre of
land or so to take advantage of the Permaculture
and Fukuoka
technologies where the family can provide their own food chain with a
little help and barter from the hundred families in their support group village
intentional community.
In a city, immediate neighbors would be ideal but
their presence is not exactly intentional but in many cases it will still work.
A support group of a hundred families or so can be assembled as a church group
or a group who worked together etc The wards. villages, support groups becoming
the small governing groups should start now to get online(community nets) and
functioning.
As the urban support groups acquire land for their
villages the self-sufficient food chain will develop. Subsequently land will be
made affordable as surrogate agriculture is phased out and the umbilical of
urban amenities are replaced by the Solar Hydrogen Economy-transportation and
benign solar technologies.
With personal self sufficiency and the Solar Hydrogen Economy, extortion
(profit taxes) from the supply side Monopoly for life support is phased out and
dependence on surrogate municipal services are nil which eliminates taxes for
the most part resulting in more affordable land. Almost any land is livable
with the agi KISStech and the self produced amenities which of course lowers
the artificial value of land due to the elimination of centralized supply side
amenities _ water, sewerage, central electricity etc.. A major portion of land
is used for the dairy meat diet. Land will be released when people realize the
folly of populating land with cattle for an unnecessary meat- dairy diet. The
free enterprise system dies when cattle are more important than people and the

With self sufficient families in support villages
provisioning themselves on an acre of land or so- nearly fifteen billion people
could enjoy a better standard of living than we now have in the western world
on what amounts to slightly more than the landmass of the contiguous lower
forty eight Unites states. If the three billion acres or so needed to feed and
house 10 billion people in K1SS tech self sufficiency at five people to a unit
and spread it around the globe, the global population footprint would be hardly
noticeable even from a satellite.
We now need to get the global population to
vote(advice and consent) individually then by village by some mechanical means
ie as an expansion of Mark Twain's vote by telegraph. Vote by phone. E- vote.
I)emocratech. Super Democracy, Vote Link, and Microsoft Democracy etc. over a
period of a few years.
The largest progressive voting public ever assembled
on the planet is connected to the Internet (soon to be community village
networks) as the combined global NGO members, further through their newsletters
as well as millions of concerned citizens directly who in turn relate to their
families and communities. Connecting to this Internet we need wireless phone and
internet.
It is a safe bet that they have seen the Walton
self-sufficiency and co-housing training videos in their
own language as well as having sung: the global village anthem expressing their feelings
as they sung it ie perhaps a majority of the global population in essence has
already voted. What did you think about when you sung "This land(planet)
is your land. This land in my land. 'This land is made for you and me" or
even My county tis of thee sweet land of liberty)? or We belong to the land and
the land we belong to is grand etc
Neo-liberal predatory corporatism (Mussolini’s
Fascism) represents less that five percent of the planet's population. Progressives
represent over ninety five percent of the planet's population and are caught up
(Enslaved even called not normal) in a game of Monopoly to enrich the five
percent. Now we need to vote _ job one is empowering our progeny.
We have the technology to feed and house all on earth with a high standard of
living. Question is: Are you in any way preventing that from happening?
